Shipping & Delivery Terms
For products that are in stock, we ship within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. We ship via FEDEX/UPS/USPS/DHL. Customers will be able to opt for the carrier of their choosing. FOB Paramount, California. We are NOT responsible for Lost Shipments, Delays or any other issues related to the shipment UNLESS CCS is the shipping carrier of choice. We are NOT responsible for Brokerage Fees related to the Exporting of the order out of The United States of America. ***If your order is lost, damaged or delayed please contact the selected carrier and file a claim, in the mean time you can order new products at your own expense and wait to be refunded by your shipping carrier.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
Products that are not normally stocked and must, therefore, be specially made.
Under such circumstances, you will be emailed or contacted regarding the specifics of your situation.
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email/phone by CCS when delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
*Standard Shipping: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
*PO Box Shipping: We can not deliver to PO Boxes unless you select the USPS as your Shipping Carrier during checkout.
*International Shipping: We ship worldwide. F.O.B. Los Angeles, California, US.
Returns & Replacements
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase and pay a 25% Restocking Fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund or credit the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Some items can not be returned if coil cable has been damaged in your testing, stripped wires or jacket, coil body cut to length or altered will not be accepted for return. Also, orders made in our Custom Coils page or Quoted as Custom Coil Cord with custom body (III) or Ends (I and V) lengths do not qualify for return, unless there's a manufacturer defect or coil body and ends lengths are a CCS standard size coil cable, the restocking fee will apply.
Exchanges are accepted when buying different cable AWG (gauge) or wire conductors ONLY and they're not been ordered them as a Custom Coil or quoted as so. There's a 25% restocking fee for exchanges. We also do not refund or credit the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
