Payment Policy

Credit Cards

You may pay for your orders with major Credit or Debit Cards. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card.

Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any applicable taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order. If you ordered a custom coil cable, you will be charged once a delivery date is confirmed.

At checkout, please carefully provide your exact name, billing address and telephone number that is on your credit card statement. Any incorrect information can cause a delay in processing your order. We also may need to verify the billing address and credit card owner for orders that have a delivery address that is different from its billing address and for large orders.

Wire Transfers

We accept wire transfer payments. Please contact our Customer Service at (800) 701-1097 for details and assist you in completing your wire transaction. Our bank charge us a $15 fee, you will have to add it to your payment.

We accept personal checks and company checks only. When using these methods of payment, simply buy the items you would like to order and write your order number into the check's memo. Please include a copy of your itemized shopping cart printout and contact phone number with your payment. The order will not ship until check clears our bank. The orders from existing Net30 Accounts customers will ship immediately. We suggest you pay with any major card to avoid delays in processing your order.

Sales Tax Policy

We collect Sales Tax in California on the total amount of your items ordered, based on California’s Los Angeles County rates.

CCS is based in California and as an online retailer with a physical business presence in a particular state, such as business offices or distribution warehouses; we are required to collect sales tax for customers in California. Purchases from all other states/counties than California will not be subject to sales tax; however, consumers who live in a state that collects sales tax are technically required to pay the tax directly to the state even when an Internet retailer doesn’t collect it. This is referred to as “use” tax rather than sales tax. If you’re a tax-exempt entity, you can take advantage of tax-exempt status for applicable purchases made at CCS by contacting Customer Service at (800) 701-1097 or uploading your Tax Cert.

Store Credit

Store Credit used on Purchases are debited at the time an order is placed. Store Credit will automatically be redeemed to your purchase total, up to the total purchase amount. Store Credit doesn't have an expiration date and you can use them for multiple transactions as longest there are funds. Store Credit cannot be transferred or use it on other accounts. In the event of a Store Credit selection, remaining balance on the Store Credit will not be refunded in cash or any other type of payment, it must be used in CCS online store/phone purchases only.

We will, however, transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
