Returns & Replacements

How To Return An Item

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be credited as part of the refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Coil Cable Specialist, Inc.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Coil Cable Specialist, Inc.

Return Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return if the coil cable has been damaged during testing, including but not limited to stripped wires, damaged jackets, cut or shortened coil bodies, or any other alterations made after delivery.

Additionally, products ordered through our Custom Coils page or quoted as custom coil cords with custom body (III) and/or custom end lengths (I and V) are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Custom coil cords that utilize standard CCS coil body and end lengths may be eligible for return; however, a restocking fee will apply.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Coil Cable Specialist, Inc.

Exchanges are permitted only when purchasing a different cable AWG (gauge) or a different conductor count, provided the original item was not ordered as a custom coil cable or quoted as a custom product.

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved exchanges.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be credited toward the replacement order. Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging products.
